What is your starting weight for 2009? Don't be afraid. Just give yourself to the reality of your situation. Step on the scale, cus like mad, and post it here! 

204lbs! WooHoo!

Its been a hectic, difficult, and stressful week, but I was pleasantly suprised to see 204lbs on the scale this morning! So, 29lbs to loose to hit my goal by June.

Welcome to the Weight Loss Club!

This is the beginning of the development of the new Weight Loss Club that Maggie has been running on Bikejournal.com. Maggie asked that I set something up to replace the labor intensive system she was using.

This is the start of developing what Maggie had requested. As time allows I will develop the options into a more complete solution. But for now, you can enter your monthly weight-in, you can click on the link at the top of your posted weight to see a listing of everyone's weight. I have also created a forum just for Weight Loss Club participants.

Please feel free to use this and let me know if you would like to see something added.

My DailyPlate & My SugarStats

I'm back to using My Daily Plate and SugarStats to track things. The Nano Neutritionist site appearently is only free for a short period of time, then you have to pay up. I like the Daily Plate much better anyway.

So, in the interest of accountability here are my journal pages on both sites. MyDailyPlate.com and SugarStats.com 

I am still struggling to get my wight moving in the right direction, so if anyone actually reads this, I invite you to comment, or sign up to participate in the forums. I can sure use the help.
